The Houston Rockets took on the Philadelphia 76ers Monday night in a comfortable win for the Rockets, 104-93. They had some lapses on defense and allowed the 76ers drop 35 points in the 2nd quarter apposed to the Rockets 23 points. Houston took care of business in the second half winning both quarters, not that easily though the 76ers with heart all the way down.
James Harden lead the way for all scorers droppings 35 points, looking very impressive from the line getting there 18 times and sinking 17 of the free-throw shots. Dwight Howard got himself a double-double scoring 11 points and grabbing a solid 14 rebounds (7 Offensive rebounds, 7 defensive rebounds). Trevor Ariza had himself a magnificent game as well, putting up 24 points and hitting a monstrous six 3-pointers making his living from the 3 point line.
Wroten led the way for the 76ers going 7-16 from the floor with 20 points, with an impressive 5 steals. On a negative not he had one too many turnovers with 5.
The 76ers dropped to 0-4 for the season, while the Rockets are now the complete opposite being 4-0. Rockets look to go undefeated in a suspected tough game verse Dwayne Wade and the Miami Heat on Tuesday who are 3-0. 76ers host the Magic on Wednesday.
